Since our last update, we had the opportunity to come together with the MSP community at the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards Gala at the Beverly Hilton. The evening was a strong reminder of what makes this channel special: leadership, innovation, and real-world impact for clients and communities.
We were proud to host TeamLogic IT’s own Todd Tolly (TeamLogic IT – North Bay of San Francisco), who was selected as a finalist for the 2025 Cytracom Partner Impact Award. Todd represented the TeamLogic IT community with professionalism, leadership, and heart, and we were happy to see him recognized alongside an impressive group of finalists.

Earlier this year, Cytracom acquired Telivy and Tentacle, expanding our platform beyond communications and connectivity into Security & Risk Management (SRM). We are now preparing to launch these capabilities directly within the Cytracom platform.
Our goal is straightforward: help MSPs more easily assess risk, manage vulnerabilities, support GRC requirements, and prove value to clients, without adding complexity or stitching together point solutions.
