With 2026 well underway, February brings continued momentum through events, partnerships, and exciting product updates throughout the Cytracom platform. Across the MSP landscape, we are seeing growing demand for a clearer picture of security posture, for compliance conversations that are better documented and backed by evidence, and for delivery models that scale without adding operational complexity. Below is a snapshot of what’s happening within the TeamLogic IT and Cytracom communities, and what it means for franchise owners as we move through Q1.

The Shift You're Already Feeling
Your clients aren't just asking "are we secure?" anymore - they're asking "can you prove it?" And not once a year during an audit scramble. Continuously.
The MSPs and MSSPs who thrive in this environment are the ones evolving from break-fix responders into trusted risk advisors - running mature, repeatable security programs that deliver ongoing visibility, prioritized remediation, and defensible proof of compliance. That transformation is where the real margin expansion lives: not in squeezing more out of commodity services, but in delivering higher-value outcomes your clients will pay a premium for.
AI That Works Alongside You - Not Instead of You
We're building Cytracom to be the platform that powers that transformation - from initial risk assessment through remediation, enforcement, and continuous evidence collection. This month's releases are a meaningful step in that direction, and you'll see this story deepen every month throughout 2026.
Here's what we shipped over the last month.
What We Just Delivered
- Remediation Playbook & Contextual AI Chat - The headline feature this cycle. Telivy now includes an AI-powered contextual chat that can explain findings in plain language, recommend prioritized remediation steps, and help you build playbooks - all scoped to the specific assessment you're looking at. Think of it as a security analyst sitting beside you while you work through a client's results. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you (See It In Action)
- Faster AI Insights - We significantly improved the speed of AI-generated summaries, so you're not waiting around when you need quick answers.
- Exportable AI Summaries - AI-generated insights can now be exported directly into your reports (PDF or added to the Executive Summary section). What our AI colleague generates for you doesn't have to stay trapped in the platform - it flows into the deliverables your clients actually see.
Why This Matters
These AI capabilities map directly to our agentic "Explain → Recommend → Prove" approach. The AI proposes, you approve. It helps you deliver faster, more consistent outcomes without replacing your judgment - and positions you as the expert advisor your clients rely on.
Tentacle GRC: Compliance Programs That Scale
What We Just Delivered
- NIST 800-171(a) Sub-Question Support - Tentacle now supports granular assessment objectives from the NIST 800-171A guidelines. Instead of a single pass/fail per control, your assessors can work through the specific sub-questions that auditors actually evaluate against. This is the level of depth that separates a checkbox exercise from a defensible compliance program.
- Framework Crosswalk - For partners running clients across multiple frameworks, Tentacle now gives you the ability to view and manage how controls map between them - say, NIST 171 to CMMC. The heavy lifting is already done: we auto-walk the common mappings out of the box. But for partners who want deeper configurability, the crosswalk view gives you full visibility and control over how evidence flows across frameworks. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you
- Bidirectional Telivy↔Tentacle Sync (CIS) - We've strengthened the connection between vulnerability findings and compliance evidence. Configuration and scan data from Telivy now flows directly into Tentacle's compliance assessments, and vice versa - simplifying the evidence collection that has always been the most labor-intensive part of running a compliance program. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you (See It In Action)
- CSV Document Uploads - CSV now supported as a document source during single or bulk uploads.
Why This Matters
If you're running or considering compliance programs for your clients, this is the tooling that turns a labor-intensive consulting engagement into a repeatable, scalable service line. Telivy finds the risks; Tentacle proves you're managing them.
Telivy: Stronger Scanning & Agent Foundations
What We Just Delivered
- OS Normalization & CVE Matching - We rebuilt how Telivy fingerprints Windows and macOS operating systems, creating canonical identifiers that power much more accurate vulnerability matching. This is foundational work that makes every scan you run more precise.
- Device & Hardware CVE Lookup - Telivy now fetches and stores hardware-level machine data for CVE correlation - not just software, but the physical devices themselves. Early Access → reach out, and we’ll enable it for you
- External IP Scanning - The Network module now scans for external IPs during discovery, giving you broader visibility without extra configuration.
- Distributed External Scan Handling - Backend scalability improvements so external scans don't bottleneck as you add more client assessments.
- Seamless Agent Upgrades - Both the Windows agent (v30.2.0.17) and macOS agent (3.2.0.0) can now upgrade in-place without requiring a manual uninstall first. Less friction for your techs, fewer tickets about update failures. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you
- One-Click macOS Installers - We now offer one-click wrapper installers for macOS (Agent and Agentless Runner), matching the Windows experience.
- CVSS 4.4 & 4.5 Support - Updated scoring support keeps Telivy current with the latest vulnerability severity standards.
Why This Matters
Everything we ship in AI, compliance, and reporting is only as good as the data underneath it. These improvements make scans more accurate, agents easier to manage, and coverage broader - so the insights you're acting on and the evidence you're collecting are built on a stronger foundation.
Reporting & Partner Experience
What We Just Delivered
- 1-Pager Executive Summary - Generate a concise, client-ready executive summary directly from Telivy. This is the artifact your clients' leadership actually reads - and now it takes one click to produce.
- Report Consolidation - We've streamlined the report page so generating and managing deliverables is cleaner and faster.
- Baseline Report Improvements - Enhanced comparison reporting so you can show clients how their posture has changed over time - the kind of trend data that turns a one-time assessment into an ongoing relationship.
- Clickable Scorecards & Finding Status Filters - Scorecards are now interactive - click into a score to see the underlying findings, and filter by status (open, remediated, accepted risk).
- "Device Health Log" - Renamed from "Auto-Rescan History" for clarity - better describes what this view actually shows your techs.
- Self-Serve Early Access Opt-In - We've added in-product early access controls, making it easy for you to opt in to exciting new features as they become available - no support ticket required.
Why This Matters
Your clients judge your program by what you put in front of them. These improvements make it faster to produce polished, client-ready deliverables - and give you the trend-over-time storytelling that turns one-time assessments into ongoing engagements.
Stability & Integration Fixes
What We Just Delivered
- Critical agent version display fix - "Update Available" no longer falsely shows for versions newer than the current stable release
- Unpatched vulnerability deduplication - eliminated duplicate entries that were cluttering findings views
- Autotask integration hardening - fixed duplicate ticket creation, API threshold issues, account mapping, and bulk sync reliability
- Inventory page crash fix - resolved a crash caused by duplicate MAC addresses
- Password CSV report failures - fixed export errors
- Domain management - domains are now editable, and duplicate domain additions are prevented
- Unity logo upload transfer - logos now properly transfer across the integration
- Dark web email CSV uploads - resolved upload failures
Why This Matters
Reliability is the foundation of trust. These fixes eliminate the small frustrations that slow your team down day-to-day - particularly the Autotask integration hardening for partners who depend on that workflow.
A Quick Look at What's Ahead
Later this quarter, we'll have more to share about how our platform is evolving beyond a simple marketplace into something much more powerful: a unified operating layer that connects identity, customer context, and security intelligence across every product in the Cytracom portfolio.
What this means practically: today you assess risk with Telivy, run compliance programs with Tentacle, and enforce policy with ControlOne. Where we're headed is a world where those products share a common understanding of your customers, their assets, their users, and their risk posture - so that insights from one tool automatically enrich the others. One login. One customer view. One place where evidence, findings, and enforcement status come together.
And the surface area will keep expanding. Our roadmap is building toward comprehensive coverage across on-prem infrastructure, endpoints, network, cloud environments, SaaS applications, and the data integrations that tie them all together - giving you the ability to manage a complete security and compliance program across your clients' entire threat surface, not just the pieces you can see today.
More on all of this next month. For now, know that every release you see is a deliberate step toward that vision.
The through-line for 2026 is simple: Assess → Prioritize → Remediate → Prove. Every release will deepen that loop and make it easier for you to deliver repeatable security and compliance programs your clients can trust.
