Continuous Validation. Real-World Proof. Smarter Growth.

Written by Cytracom | Mar 3, 2026 6:12:48 PM

With 2026 well underway, March brings continued momentum through events, partnerships, and exciting product updates across the Cytracom platform.

Across the MSP and MSSP landscape, we’re seeing growing demand for:

  • Clear, ongoing visibility into security posture
  • Compliance conversations backed by defensible evidence
  • Delivery models that scale without adding operational complexity

Below is a snapshot of what’s happening across the Cytracom partner community and what it means for your business as we move through Q1.

Updates from the CPO

The Shift You're Already Feeling

Your clients aren’t just asking, “Are we secure?” anymore.
They’re asking, “Can you prove it?” And not once a year during an audit scramble - continuously.

The MSPs and MSSPs who thrive in this environment are evolving from break-fix responders into trusted risk advisors. They’re running mature, repeatable security programs that deliver:

  • Ongoing visibility
  • Prioritized remediation
  • Defensible proof of compliance

That transformation is where real margin expansion lives - not in squeezing more from commodity services, but in delivering higher-value outcomes your clients will pay a premium for.

AI That Works Alongside You - Not Instead of You

We’re building Cytracom to power that transformation - from initial risk assessment through remediation, enforcement, and continuous evidence collection.

Each release this year is a deliberate step toward that vision.

Here’s what we shipped in the past month.

Telivy: Explain → Recommend → Prove

What We Just Delivered

Remediation Playbook & Contextual AI Chat
Telivy now includes an AI-powered contextual chat that explains findings in plain language, recommends prioritized remediation steps, and helps build playbooks - all scoped to the specific assessment you’re reviewing.

Think of it as a security analyst sitting beside you while you work through client results.

Early Access → Reach out to enable.

Faster AI Insights
We significantly improved AI summary speeds, so you get answers faster when you need them.

Exportable AI Summaries
AI-generated insights can now be exported directly into PDF reports or added to the Executive Summary section — so what AI produces flows directly into client-facing deliverables.

Why This Matters

These capabilities align directly with our “Explain → Recommend → Prove” approach.

The AI proposes. You approve.

It accelerates delivery, increases consistency, and strengthens your advisory position - without replacing your judgment.

Tentacle GRC: Compliance Programs That Scale

What We Just Delivered
  • NIST 800-171(a) Sub-Question Support - Tentacle now supports granular assessment objectives from the NIST 800-171A guidelines. Instead of a single pass/fail per control, your assessors can work through the specific sub-questions that auditors actually evaluate against. This is the level of depth that separates a checkbox exercise from a defensible compliance program.
  • Framework Crosswalk - For partners running clients across multiple frameworks, Tentacle now gives you the ability to view and manage how controls map between them - say, NIST 171 to CMMC. The heavy lifting is already done: we auto-walk the common mappings out of the box. But for partners who want deeper configurability, the crosswalk view gives you full visibility and control over how evidence flows across frameworks. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you
  • Bidirectional Telivy↔Tentacle Sync (CIS) - We've strengthened the connection between vulnerability findings and compliance evidence. Configuration and scan data from Telivy now flows directly into Tentacle's compliance assessments, and vice versa - simplifying the evidence collection that has always been the most labor-intensive part of running a compliance program. Early Access → reach out and we’ll enable it for you (See It In Action)
  • CSV Document Uploads - CSV now supported as a document source during single or bulk uploads.
Why This Matters

If you're running or planning compliance programs, this tooling transforms a labor-intensive consulting engagement into a repeatable, scalable service line. Telivy finds the risks. Tentacle proves you’re managing them.

Telivy: Stronger Scanning & Agent Foundations

What We Just Delivered
  • OS Normalization & CVE Matching – Improved fingerprinting for Windows and macOS for more accurate vulnerability correlation.
  • Device & Hardware CVE Lookup – Hardware-level CVE correlation now supported (Early Access).
  • External IP Scanning – Broader discovery visibility without added configuration.
  • Distributed External Scan Handling – Backend scalability improvements to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Seamless Agent Upgrades – Windows (v30.2.0.17) and macOS (3.2.0.0) agents now upgrade in place.
  • One-Click macOS Installers – Simplified installer experience.
  • CVSS 4.4 & 4.5 Support – Updated severity scoring standards.
Why This Matters

AI, compliance, and reporting are only as strong as the data underneath them.

These updates improve:

  • Scan precision
  • Agent management
  • Coverage depth
  • Data reliability

So the insights you act on — and the evidence you present — are built on a stronger foundation.

Reporting & Partner Experience

What We Just Delivered
  • 1-Pager Executive Summary – Generate a concise, client-ready executive summary with one click.
  • Report Consolidation Improvements – Streamlined report generation and management.
  • Baseline Comparison Enhancements – Improved trend-over-time posture reporting.
  • Clickable Scorecards & Status Filters – Interactive drill-down into findings.
  • “Device Health Log” Rename – Improved clarity in platform terminology.
  • Self-Serve Early Access Controls – Opt into new features directly in-product.
Why This Matters

Your clients judge your program by what you present. These updates make it easier to produce polished, executive-ready deliverables and tell the story that turns one-time assessments into ongoing engagements.

Stability & Integration Fixes

Recent fixes include:

  • Agent version display correction
  • Vulnerability deduplication cleanup
  • Autotask integration hardening (ticket duplication, API limits, sync reliability)
  • Inventory crash resolution
  • CSV export fixes
  • Domain management improvements
  • Logo transfer correction
  • Dark web email CSV upload fixes
Why This Matters

Reliability builds trust. These fixes eliminate friction, reduce day-to-day operational noise, and strengthen critical PSA integrations.

What’s Ahead

Later this quarter, we’ll share more about the evolution of the Cytracom platform into a unified operating layer connecting:

  • Identity
  • Customer context
  • Security intelligence
  • Risk posture
  • Enforcement status

Across the entire portfolio.

Where we’re headed:

One login. One customer view. One unified evidence layer.

And expanding coverage across:

  • On-prem infrastructure
  • Endpoints
  • Network
  • Cloud
  • SaaS
  • Integrated data systems

The through-line for 2026 remains simple:

Assess → Prioritize → Remediate → Prove

Every release deepens that loop.

Standardization Momentum Across Our Partner Community

We’re seeing strong momentum around standardization as partners focus on simplifying delivery and building more scalable, repeatable services.

Common goals include:

  • Reducing operational complexity
  • Improving margins through repeatable deployments
  • Modernizing legacy client environments
  • Strengthening security and compliance conversations

When networking, security posture management, and compliance workflows are standardized, delivery becomes predictable and value becomes easier to communicate with confidence.

We offer bundled and discounted pricing options for partners seeking to standardize. If you’re evaluating where standardization could strengthen your business in 2026, we’re happy to share what other partners are seeing in practice.
