• Offer valid exclusively for active MSP-Ignite members.
• Cytracom reserves the right to amend or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time with 90 days' notice, in its sole discretion.‍

Requirements

• Partner must complete onboarding within 45 days of claiming the discount.
• Member MSP is required to deploy both services in order to be eligible for this offer.
• ControlOne platform must be deployed and the network bridge device must be actively passing traffic within 60 days of the order date.
• UCaaS must have numbers ported and be fully deployed within 60 days of the order date.
  
• All Usage Terms apply.
• In the event the above terms are not met, Cytracom reserves the right to terminate the discount and bill the Partner at the current monthly rate.
• If the Partner has not deployed ControlOne to at least 1 end-customer within 12 months of claiming this discount offer, Cytracom has the right to terminate the discount.
• Cytracom reserves the right to suspend service if the above conditions are not met within the specified timeframes.
• Upon termination of service for any reason, Partner must return the network bridge device to Cytracom at Partner’s expense within 60 days; otherwise, Cytracom reserves the right to bill Partner $499 for the device.
• NFR must be deployed for internal production only.
• Customer is responsible for, and shall pay are any applicable federal, state, municipal, local or other governmental sales, use, excise, Universal Service Fees, value-added, personal property, public utility and other taxes, fees and charges now in force or enacted in the future, that arise from or as a result of Customer’s subscription or use or payment for the Services. Such amounts are in addition to payment for the Services will be billed to you.  If you are exempt from payment of such taxes, you will provide us with an original government-issued certificate attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date we receive such certificate.
